Diamond Back Solid Waste Facility and Recycling Center provides solid waste disposal for the Midland-Odessa region. Our state-of-the-art, 300-acre facility is built for haulers, municipalities, businesses, and individuals and is designed for a fast, straightforward experience every visit.
We focus on safety, fast turnarounds, and clear processes from check-in to scale-out, so you can move through the facility quickly and get back on the road. Built and managed by West Texas locals, we take pride in serving the community we call home. We look forward to your visit.

As a Type I Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) facility, we handle the heavy lifting for the Permian Basin. Our high-capacity site accepts MSW and Construction & Demolition (C&D) debris. Whether it’s daily route trash or a major demolition project, our facility is engineered to manage your waste smoothly, safely, and responsibly.

How It Works
Secure Your Load
Before you head out, make sure your load is securely tarped or tied down to keep the Permian Basin roads clear.
Scale In
Pull onto the inbound scale slowly; we calibrate our equipment daily to ensure the deal stays fair for everyone.
Declare Your Waste
Tell our scale house attendant exactly what you’re hauling so they can give you the right rate and point you to the correct drop-off area.
Protect Your Crown
Follow the signs to the working face and be sure to wear your hard hat and safety vest whenever you're outside the cab.
Unload and Scale Out
Once your load is off, return to the outbound scale to get your "tare" weight so you only pay for what you left behind.
Payment and Receipt
Settle up with cash or credit—we’ll give you a receipt so you have proof your waste was handled correctly.
